  • Yes, having a brand identity will boost your career by giving your audience a visual to identify you with and a reason for them to come visit your website through your messaging and marketing.

What am I paying for?

  • You’re not paying for a product that will wear out its use. You’re investing in yourself and your brand so that you can grow your audience, become more relatable, and stand out from the crowd.

What will having a brand identity bring you?

​

  • Having an established brand image and website will bring you success through money, a bigger audience, and more engagement. The return on your investment will be exponential.

How are payments accepted?

​

  • I charge 50% upfront (nonrefundable), then the other 50% after completion of project. I accept payments through Paypal and credit/debit card.

How long does it take to finish a project?

​​

  • Depending on what exactly you need done, you can expect your project to be finished anywhere between 1 week to 2 months. I strive to provide fast turn around times.

 

How will communication work?

​

  • Communication during the project will be over email or over scheduled “facetime” meetings over Zoom, or other preferred forms of a face- to -face.

​

You and I are in different states and countries, can you still work with me?

​

  • Yes, most of my clients are remotely based. Managing projects over long distances isn’t a problem.

​

Do I provide the editable source files for your projects?

​

  • Yes, I will provide those, not a problem.

Am I the right fit for your needs? 

​

Will I design your logo if you just need a logo and no branding?

​

  • No, I'm not be the right fit for your project. You will need to find a graphic designer to create your logo. 

​

How will you know that I'm a good fit for your project?

 

  • Compatibility is important when looking for a brand designer. It’s just like collaborating with other writers or musicians. Check out my portfolio to see if my design style is what you’re looking for. Design style is important when picking a brand designer. You may like my style, but if you don’t see your artwork or logo in my style, it would be better to look for a different brand designer.

How is what I do different from graphic design?

​

  • Designing a brand identity is much more technical than graphic design. Yes, you will need visuals, but a brand is more than just visuals. A brand also includes messaging, voicing, goals, etc., which all ties together to create a connection between you and your audience.

Can I do copywriting?

​

  • I can do small bits of writing like writing social media bios, but it would be best to hire a copywriter to write the copy for your website, detailed bios, etc.  

​

How is what you do different from graphic design?

​

  • What I do is different from graphic design because I don’t just design the visuals, I also help you create a plan, goals, voicing, and more for your brand growth.

Can I create websites?

​

  • Yes, I can create and edit a website, but I don't use code. If this is a problem, you may want to hire someone else to build your website. You can use the brand board to make sure everything stays on brand when you work with a different website creator.
