The purchase of digital products, such as PDF downloads, website templates, and services are subject to the following terms and conditions. I advise you to read the terms before making any purchases on my site.

Payment and Refund Policy

All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, services, and other online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal, which uses SSL encryption. PayPal is a safe and secure gateway for using all types of credit card and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process. Once a digital product is purchased, it is deemed as "used" after download or opening, and all purchases made on www.kathrynholeton.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products available on my site are intangible, there is no strict refund policy.

I reserve the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings prior to notice.

Delivery of Goods

If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchase, you can immediately contact me at kmhartistofficial@gmail.com with you transaction and/or payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.

Delivery of Services

​

The first 50% of  payment is non refundable. If you're not happy with my services, we can discuss compensation options. If you're not happy with my services, send me an email at kmhartistofficial@gmail.com.
